Al Duhail's Tabata Goal Efficiency: A Case Study

The results of this study suggest that Al Duhail's Tabata training method can be an effective way to improve fitness levels and increase overall performance. By using this method, athletes can train more efficiently and recover faster, which will ultimately lead to better performance on the pitch.
